Day 6 : Cozumel, Mexico
today was CRAZY HOT! it was like sticky and humid..i like..NOT! anyways went shopping..walking around in crazily hot weather =( but eventually nathan vanessa theodora Lorita and i (all the other kids were snorkelling) split from the adults..we walked for like hours and got nowhere. i mean material-wise...we were soo exhausted oh my..and then somebody (i think dora) exclaimed MCDONALDS! and in the distance we saw a mcdonalds sign..we forgot evrything else but reaching our temporary saviour...as we were walking towards it it seemed so far away so close too...we trudged on feeling miserable and were estatic when we reached its entrance..
we go into the mcdonalds trying to order with english-defecit (is that even a word) servers lol i mean we had to explain what refills were!! so we ordered and nathan's chicken mcnuggets were the old version with the thin skin and the funny yet still good taste. and me and vanessa with our dirty tasting mcchicken..it was so gross! and then ketchup..ughhh lorita and dora ended up with calculations that the people charged us more..so they summed up that they owed us $1.64!! dude we go so ripped off (note the drip of sarcasm) so vanessa dora and lorita charge to the counter and demanded their $1.64 back and it was like them three with me and nathan backing them up against one server with three servers backing her up and we were jus staring at each other and laughing like crazy..i mean i couldnt stop. i probably caused more of a scene with my laughing spasm then the battle raging bside me...actually no i dont think so but at the end..we had forgotten to count the tax so we ended up with 90 cents...DARN! so much time wasted fight for 90 cents! pathetic...
afterwards we continued shopping and we all got our souvenirs for people and after paying and all that we go to the next store and find the exact things we just bought...but CHEAPER! aaaah i was so maaad i could have SAVED! comon now..remember im CHINESE =) whatever continued shopping dadada oh did you kno theres beers or vodka or sumthing with worms or scorpions inside!? thats dirtyy! *shudders* well we went back to the pier cuz it was about time to get back on the ship and we were shopping around the stores there and this guy like 17/18 working there came to me and vanessa cuz she was looking for a mj ppipe and he put his arms around us and was trying to seduce us mannn...he was like to me do you have a boyfriend? im like no...hes like do you want a mexican boyfriend? im like no..lol funny after he asked for our age and i told him he was like really? youre beautiful...geeeez flattery really does go a long way lol when vanessa and i were bargaining for the price of the pipe he was like $5 and vanessas like no $4 and hes like no...$5, a free plastic bag and a kiss for both of you..were like err no thanks hes like a hug? were like ill pass LOL anyways she got it for $4 =) went back to the ship...had dinner was "introduced" to nathan "friends
lol oh ya nathan finally took those ugly braids out =) joy. i love him..but those braids...just no lol
